PROJECT Manager
Inverness Technologies, Inc is accepting resumes for full time Project Manager to manage large, nationwide projects. This is a critical management position with high visibility at multiple levels. The Director will manage large, geographically disbursed projects, supervise key management staff and subcontractors and be the primary POC with the client. A variety of program services will be provided. Project Manager will oversee all program and contractual requirements and work closely with the client, managers and subcontractors to ensure that all performance standards are being met. Successful candidate must have outstanding communication and writing skills, the ability to interface with high level government officials, key management staff, subcontractors, and various staff members at all levels. Previous experience in a government contracting environment strongly preferred to include profit and loss experience. Candidate must a Bachelor's degree plus ten+ years of experience managing large scale programs and services with strong project management skills.

REHABILITATIVE COUNSELORS
Inverness Technologies, Inc is accepting resumes for full time Rehabilitative Counselors to support a project that will provide services and assistance necessary to enable eligible veterans with service-connected disabilities to obtain and maintain suitable employment and achieve independence in daily living. Assistance will be provided in the following areas: 1.) initial assessment, 2.) case management, 3.) employment services, 4.) vocational counseling.
Counselors will be responsible for a caseload and will work with the Project Director to meet performance standards and requirements. Successful candidates must have demonstrated experience in advocacy, clinical assessment, service planning, vocational assessment, and rehabilitative support counseling and considerable knowledge of federal and state laws, rules and regulations pertaining to vocational rehabilitation, vocational programs and services, and rehabilitative practices, principles and techniques.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills are required. Demonstrated management experience with a vocational rehabilitation program which had successful results-based outcomes preferred.
MA degree in Rehabilitative Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or closely related discipline needed.

TRAINERS NEEDED
Inverness Technologies is seeking P/T/ Career Transition trainers at various U.S. military bases in CONUS and Overseas locations. Trainers will deliver 1-4 workshops per month (depending on the location) and will help teach military personnel and their spouses the skills necessary to make a successful transition to the civilian job market. This is an excellent opportunity for spouses of military or DOD personnel.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in Training, Career Counseling or Human Resources. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of the U.S. job market and be familiar with a variety of job search techniques to include: skills assessment, career decision-making, job search strategies, resume preparation, interview techniques, etc. Experience working with the military is strongly desired.
