Inverness Technologies to Provide Support to the TRICARE Communications and Customer Support (C&CS) Directorate

Inverness Technologies was chosen to provide support to the TRICARE Communications and Customer Support (C&CS) Directorate. Inverness will contribute to data gathering and analysis for the Research Division of C&CS for the support of TRICARE beneficiaries. Specific functions include providing statistics for the Annual Stakeholders Report, participating in weekly meetings for the military’s alcohol abuse prevention campaign, and the stop smoking campaign. Data used to make business decisions is compiled in the Military Health System Data Mart (M2). Various operational systems make together make up the MHS Mart. Among these are the Composite Health Care System (CHCS), the Pharmacy Data Transaction Service (PDTS), and the Defense Enrollment and Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS).
